Somerset Cove

A small commercial parcel (15,400 square feet) serving as a neighbourhood shopping centre, across from Lamont’s residential development of Bridlewood Creek. The centre is fully leased; tenants include a private school, a popular pizza restaurant, a dentist, a veterinarian, a tailor/dry cleaner, a specialty food and gift store, and a convenience store with gas bar. The centre’s proximity to the Bridlewood Creek Wetlands required great sensitivity and care in development, which was completed to the highest environmental standards with state-of-the-art equipment.

Glenmore Circle

A joint venture with another prominent local developer, on leased lands from the City of Calgary. Tenants include Dairy Queen, Alberta Treasury Branch, and Esso.
