CottageClub Ghost Lake
Located only 25 minutes west of Calgary, on the Ghost Lake, this unique lakefront property is designed to be affordable, seasonal, recreational family focussed community.

Currently we are planning for 350 cabins intended for recreational use. This 80 acre property boasts the unique feature of a cabin on a deeded lot. Common areas of roads, open space, lake access, boat launch & dock, recreation & learning centre, community washrooms/showers/laundry facilities, manager’s residence and water plant are all to be owned and managed by the cottage owners under a condo corporation.

Our vision for CottageClub is for a recreational resort that will provide recreation-based experiences in this safe, family-oriented community, while encouraging inter-generational engagement.

Fed by the Bow River and Ghost River, Ghost Lake is a 2900 acre reservoir that was constructed in the 1920's for hydroelectric power generation, recreation and flood regulation/protection. The lake is used year-round for sailing (water and ice), water-skiing, fishing, and swimming (if you’re part polar bear).

Preliminary approvals have been received from the MD of Rocky View, and we are now in the process of detailed planning necessary before we start construction, anticipated to begin Summer of 2008.
