Shiloh - Spruce Grove, Alberta

Located on the south side of Spruce Grove, this quarter section of land is being farmed. Although it currently shows on the City’s Municipal Development Plan as future light industrial, we have been working with the City staff for the past 12 months and they fully support it being designated as future residential, focusing on affordable housing development.

The Area Structure Plan's first draft has been formally submitted to City Planning. We anticipate approval by summer 2008, and land use and subdivision approvals for phase 1 to be complete by Fall 2008. Construction could then commence in the fall.
